Sunshine, Snaggletooth, Animal, President, Lacrosse Player, Football Player, Coach,  DJ, Club Manager

Vitals: Born February 18th, 1972 at Fort Sill Oklahoma at Reynolds Army Hospital, Died September 4, 2001 near Fenwick Island Delaware.

Peter was the youngest of 7 children in a blended family.  His parents referred to the kids as hers, mine, ours and theirs.  As a two year old he was a holy terror.  By the time he was three, he was his mother's sunshine.

A natural athlete Peter excelled at football and lacrosse as a youngster.  A varsity lacrosse middie by his sophomore year at Dulaney High School in Baltimore County, Peter helped lead his team to successive county championship games.  As a wide receiver, defensive back and punt returner, Peter got to see the down side of a high school team.  A sprinter by nature, a combination of speed and reckless abandon was always Peter's advantage.  Rumor has it that Peter won a sprinting contest at The Hurricane just last week.

By his senior year Peter began to experiment with music.  His brother Jimmy spent 100 nights straight learning to DJ while working at Nite Lite in Ocean City, only to be humbled by Peter who's natural abilities allowed him to pick it up within hours.  Upon returning home from the beach, Jimmy spent a half hour showing Peter the basics of beat mixing and left to go shopping.  By the time he returned Peter had mastered the craft.  Jimmy was heard telling Peter to keep practicing and maybe he'll get it some day...

Peter's natural talent lead to a successful string of jobs with ever increasing responsibility.  He followed in Jimmy's footsteps at Nite Lite and Scandals and then continued on with engagements at Hammerjacks (before the building of Ravens Stadium lead to its demolition), Xtreme, The Hurricane, Club 303, Cignal, Stitches, Tremors, GC, and finally as Manager at the Hurricane.  He and Bruce had been talking about him returning to Dover when Xtreme re-opens in October.

Peter never lost his passion for sports.  He was an avid fan of all sports and never lost love for the Cowboys.  He even had the honor of coaching Lacrosse at Kenwood High School.  This was a proud time for Peter and his father.  You see, dad coached all our teams and we remember him as coach Stout.  Hearing Peter's kids call him coach Stout was a fulfillment of sorts.

Even more important than the things Peter did, is who Peter was.  Peter had a kind, gentle and genuine nature that endeared him to all.  It took mere minutes for children to completely trust Peter and he invariably became their favorite uncle.  These same qualities lead to lifelong relationships with people from all walks of life.  The rolls of Peter's close friends include artists, PHD's from MIT, bartenders, other DJs and many others.  His appeal was universal.
